Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,-Please plan your trip accordingly as we are located in Central Standard Time. Check in time is 4pm, and checkout time is 9am. Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule early check ins or late check outs.
- -We do not host parties or events of any nature at any time. Any instant booked reservations will not be permitted access to the home for a party or event, and no refund will be given due to ignorance of rules in place.
- -Only guests permitted are those stated in reservation-this includes any guests "stopping by" or visiting. Disclose extra guests immediately or please expect loss of security deposit/eviction.
- -No underage drinking or illegal activity.
- -Golf cart is not included in your stay, please inquire for pricing as it varies based on season/length of trip.
- -Pool Heating is not included in your stay, please inquire for pricing as it varies based on season/length of trip.
- -Checkout time is 9am, if you have stayed past this time you will be charged for an extra day & cleaning fee.
- -We do NOT host student groups/groups ages 25 and under at any time.
- -If police or local authorities are called and eviction is the necessary result, the nightly rate will be applied depending on the issue. Any law enforcement calls may result in loss of entire security deposit.
- -We must be notified of a pet joining your trip before arrival. 2 dog maximum permitted, and $300 pet fee must be paid prior to check in. Pets permitted only if house trained. You are expected to clean up after your pet, or an additional $50 fee will be assessed. Emotional Support Animals are subject to pet fee, ADA Registered Service Animals are the only animals exempt from this at any time. Impersonating an ADA Service animal is a crime in our state so we appreciate honesty in this matter.
- -Private pool is to be used by registered guests only at your own risk. No pets permitted in the pool or on furniture at any time. If the pool heater is tampered with security deposit is enforced, minimum $500 charge.
- -Any cleanup of bodily fluids of any kind in any location on the property (both indoors/outdoors) will result in loss of security deposit/additional cleaning & sanitation charges.
- -Landscaping/Pool service/Pest Control may occur during your stay, weather dependent on various days of the week. These outside vendors help keep our home acceptable for guests and cannot be rescheduled or turned away for any reason.
- -PALMETTO BUGS are very common during all times of the year, it is not an indication of an unclean space, they are NATIVE to FLORIDA. If you see one, let us know & we can send pest control for a treatment.
- -Do not rearrange furniture in the home.
- -We do not offer any type of refund for any reason whatsoever, and by including this in the house rules you acknowledge this.
- -We strongly recommend purchasing rental/travel insurance if something were to alter your trip, to provide you with your own peace of mind.
- -Renter must promptly disclose any known or suspected issues with the home. Any issues found after checkout that were not disclosed, tenants may be held accountable & could potentially be a charge of security deposit.
- -Any house rules violated is subject to eviction and/or additional charges.
- -There is only parking to accommodate up to 4 vehicles, and street parking/blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guest in violation.
- -Trash cans must be brought in from the curb back to the home or citation will apply from the City of Destin, to be paid by the booked guest during that time.
