First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - Queen & Twin Bunk Bed Third Bedroom - King or Two Twins This two-story, three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is located in a prime location in Sun Valley and sleeps up to 8 people. This Villager condo is one of the closest to the Sun Valley Lodge. As you enter the property, there is a nice large deck with deck chairs for relaxing. On the main level is the living area with a 55-inch flat-screen TV with streaming/cable and a gas fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen has 2 types of coffee makers, regular drip and Keurig. The dining room table seats eight. There is a bedroom on this level that is a "second master" with a bed that can be set up as a king or as two twins. Please specify at the time of rental. This room has a 36-inch flat-screen TV with cable and an en suite bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower only. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a King bed, and a 36-inch TV with cable and mountain views. There is a nook to recline in and read a book, or perfect for a crib/toddler space. The full-size bathroom has a single sink vanity and a sunken jetted tub with a shower. The other bedroom up on this level has a Queen bed and twin-size bunk beds and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower tub combo. There is a stack washer and dryer in a closet off the hallway. Complex Features: The Villager Condominiums are located at Sun Valley Village and are within walking distance to ice skating, bowling, and shopping, and to the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Villager condos. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails. Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available with these passes. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During the peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, a hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Property Manager cannot guarantee amenities will be open, as resort policies can change at any time. Please note: The Villager Condominium HOA does not allow pets, service animals, or emotional support animals in vacation rentals. Service animals are welcome in most Property Manager properties. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
