This 1,550 square foot two-level 3-bedroom/3-bath condominium sleeps six guests and offers upper and lower level decks with mountain and golf course views. It features tiled baths, stone tiled floors in the entryway, kitchen and dining room, slab granite counters, new appliances, new carpeting, and a large leather couch.
On the lower level, you will find all 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The two master bedrooms feature King beds, 40-inch flat-screen TVs with streaming/cable, ensuite baths with tub/shower combination, and both open to the shared semi-covered patio. There is a table with 4 chairs and an umbrella. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom with a twin trundle, twin on top; and has access to the full-size bathroom in the hallway. There is also a washer/dryer on this level. The upper level of the unit features the great room, with 65 –inch flat screen TV with streaming/cable, a dining area that seats 6 with 2 bar stools at the kitchen countertop, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as access to the deck with 2 chairs and barbecue grill. There is wireless internet access. Guests enjoy access to Elkhorn amenities. This unit does not have an A/C or a phone. Parking is limited to two vehicles with no additional parking available.
Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting).
Complex Features: Ridge Condominiums are located in upper Elkhorn Village. Access to a hot tub and sauna is included at the Elkhorn Clubhouse, just a quick walk away. The area offers a free shuttle that picks you up just across the street from the complex, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.
Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
