This deluxe 2600 sqft tri-level 4 bedroom/ 4 bath townhome is located in Elkhorn and will sleep up to 10 guests. As you enter the townhome there is a large foyer with a flight of stairs that takes you to the main living quarters of the home. With high ceilings and open living the living and kitchen area gets great light. The living room has a 65-inch flat-screen TV and wood-burning fireplace (please note it is currently being worked on and is not in use until further notice). Off the living area is a table with 4 chairs for extra seating. The kitchen is large and spacious for entertaining with stainless steel appliances and an island bar with 4 bar stools for extra seating. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Rental contract must be signed prior to check in.
- Quiet Hours: 10 pm to 7 am
- No Parties or Events. No Smoking. No Pets.
