Furnished with an outdoor dining set, including a table and four chairs, it's an ideal spot for enjoying meals or sipping morning coffee. In the primary bedroom, unwind in a luxurious king-size bed, complete with a flat-screen TV and a private ensuite bathroom. Private patio access allows you to enjoy the soothing sounds of the Gulf. The guest bedroom features two queen-size beds, a flat-screen TV, ensuring restful nights for guests. Younger visitors will love the nook with twin bunk beds, conveniently located near the laundry room. Summer Breeze amenities include gas grills for cookouts and a private boardwalk leading directly to the sandy shores. Summer Breeze is a gated, low-density complex in Orange Beach, offering an exclusive Gulf-side experience with just 47 units. Enjoy local attractions within walking distance and soak up the sun at the outdoor pool, complemented by a BBQ area for outdoor dining. Your stay includes two complimentary parking passes, conveniently located on the kitchen counter upon arrival.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
