Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- ✓ This house has parking for six vehicles in the driveway.
- ✓ This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. One paid car pass is included with your reservation.
- ✓ Please contact your Host prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes at $17.00 ea per Sea Pines.
- ✓ 1 dog allowed 60 lbs. $300 non-refundable pet fee required.
- ✓ 4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24
- ✓ 7-night minimum stay is required from 5/25/24 through 8/24/24
- ✓ Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
- ✓ Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
- ✓ The Town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- ✓ The 16’ x 28’ kidney-shaped pool does not have safety equipment, swim at your own risk.
- ✓ The Pool and Spa can be heated for an additional $100/day. Please request pool/spa heat by contacting the host 1 week prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
- ✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25.
- ✓ Beach Access can be found at the Sea Pines Beach Club: Located at 87 N. Sea Pines Drive, this is Sea Pines Resort’s organized beach access for the community. Parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club is reserved exclusively for Sea Pines property owners during the season (April through Labor Day) between 8am and 3pm. During the season you would catch the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley service to the Beach Club. Otherwise, renters can park there after 3:00pm. Off Season renters can park at the club without limits. The beach Club features three restaurants including Coast, Oceanfront Dining and restrooms.
