Wood Nest Retreat is a charming dog-friendly cabin tucked away into the woods of the Blue Ridge mountains. This cabin is conveniently located 10-15 minutes away from all of the amazing amenities in Blue Ridge, GA (Mercier Orchards, Bear Claw Winery, charming Downtown BR, Lake BR & Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Hiking Trails, grocery shopping, etc.) and will accommodate up to 4 guests.
This 2 bedroom, dog friendly cabin rental is perfect for small families, girls trip or a couples getaway! Whether you’re hanging out on the porch and grilling or relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to the indoor/outdoor fireplaces, playing ping pong, enjoying the great outdoors or the floor plan, the surrounding forest offers the perfect backdrop to your relaxing mountain getaway.
The main floor features an open living room with glass doors highlighting the forest. There is a stone gas burning fireplace with Streaming/Satellite TV, making meal times and movie nights extra cozy. Relax to your hearts content or enjoy a competitive game night with Monopoly, scrabble, clue, or cards! There is a closet with a washer & dryer, iron/ironing board, broom, and mop that guests are welcome to use if needed during your stay.
The kitchen bar seats 4 with an additional outdoor table. The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, ice maker, serving platters, pantry space, dishes, can opener, hand mixer, whisk, bbq tools, peeler, wine opener, pizza cutter, measuring utensils, silverware, electric kettle, blender, toaster, instant pot, Keurig, knife set, wine glasses, mixing bowls, baking pans, strainer, Tupperware, cutting boards, pots and pans, mixing utensils. There is a CharGriller charcoal and gas grill on the deck that attaches to the cabins main gas line (charcoal not provided).
Enjoy the covered back porch that features a stone wood burning fireplace, (new) Streaming TV, outdoor dining table, and grill. Please note that firewood is not provided but can be purchased through the management company for delivery.
This home features two beautiful bedrooms. The first is a King master suite with porch access, a Streaming/Satellite TV, and an attached bathroom with a tile walk in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with porch access and a Streaming/Satellite TV. The second bathroom has a tile walk in shower.
The basement is unfinished but has a ping pong table and game table that guests are welcome to use. The lower patio has a hot tub that seats 4, hammocks, and outdoor seating. There is a fire pit by the driveway perfect for making smores and star gazing!

2 Dogs maximum allowed. $75 fee per dog. Dogs must be house trained, kept off furniture, cleaned up after in the yard, and not left unattended at the cabin.
Please note there is very limited cell service at this cabin due to the rural location however the wifi has 100 mbps download speed!
The cabin and hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.
Minimum rental age to book this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID.
The driveway can fit 2-3 cars. This cabin can be easily reached with 2WD.
