It is located in the countryside about 4 km from Castiglione della Pescaia, on the Tuscan coast. Surrounded by olive trees and meadows, the villa offers numerous indoor and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and leisure. The interiors combine classic and contemporary furnishings, large bedrooms and a bright open-plan living room that opens onto a porch equipped for outdoor dining. Outside, there is the gazebo with lounge area, kitchen, barbecue and TV as well as an outdoor gym. A private wellness suite with sauna and chromotherapy bath completes the experience. The property, in a strategic position, allows you to easily reach the beaches, nature reserves and historic villages of the Maremma, with shops and restaurants just a few minutes away by car.
