Introducing "Villa Aelia" 160 m2– Perched in a superbly panoramic position, and with far-reaching views out over the Cretan sea. Luxury meets tranquility offering breathtaking views of the sparkling waves. The private pool, situated just outside the villa, invites guests to immerse themselves in its Luring waters. The villa can accommodate comfortably up to 11 people.
As you enter, you’re greeted by a spacious living room adorned with modern furnishings and equipped with a large TV and air conditioning to ensure. Adjacent is a fully-equipped kitchen and a convenient WC for guests’ use.
In the same space there is also a bedroom consisting of : 2 single beds, a balcony , Air conditioning, a 32″ TV and a wardrobe.
On the first floor there are a total of two comfortable bedrooms:
1st bedroom : featuring two single beds, a balcony overlooking the sea, air conditioning, a wardrobe and another 32″ TV.
2nd bedroom: boasts a king-size bed, its own balcony, AC, 32″ TV, and a spacious wardrobe for storing belongings.
The villa also boasts a basement playroom with PS5 for gaming enthusiasts, equipped with a WC, sauna for relaxation, and yet another TV and air conditioning.
Descending to the basement, you’ll find two additional bedrooms.
1st bedroom: The master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite WC, air conditioning, 32″ TV, and ample wardrobe space.
2nd bedroom: offers similar comforts with two single beds and an additional sofa bed, AC, 32″ TV, and a wardrobe.
Expansive outdoor spaces include the heated pool and a composure area of sunbeds and umbrellas. The villa’s list of amenities includes also a BBQ installation and a seating and dinning table for entairtaining and recreative gatherings with family and friends.
The villa is locayed in Stavromenos nearby Rethymno the famous city for its Old Town and Venetian Harbor, offering a more urban enviroment with excellent nightlife.
