Take the elevator up to your private 2nd-floor space and enjoy the ultimate luxury loft living experience in the heart of Blue Ridge, GA, on Main Street. The living room features a wall of windows overlooking charming downtown BR, a Streaming TV, an assortment of reading material, and a dining area that seats 6 with three stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, such as a fridge, kettle, mixing utensils, knife set, Ice maker, 12-cup brew pot, measuring spoons, pitcher, dishes, silverware, Tupperware, baking sheets, mixing bowls, cutting boards, strainers, muffin pan, bottle opener, wine opener, can opener, grater, pots and pans, and serving platters. The open-concept kitchen and living space are flooded with natural light from the ceiling to floor windows, providing a serene area to gather and entertain. Experience the view for coffee from your own private deck. If you prefer warm views from indoors, snuggle up in a luxury leather L-sectional with hot tea or cocoa and a good book. The Main features two bedrooms. The first is a stunning master king suite with a wall of windows highlighting the other side of downtown BR, access to the balcony overlooking Main Street, a sitting area, a Streaming TV, a walk-in closet, and private access to the bathroom with a tile walk-in shower, and hall access. The second bedroom features a full bed, Streaming TV, and access to the private bathroom with a tile combo tub. There is also a washroom with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Staying inside is just as wonderful as heading outdoors to explore and enjoy the beautiful shops and restaurants that Blue Ridge has to offer! No matter how you enjoy your leisure time, our Main on Blue Ridge loft welcomes you. Enjoy what you love most in beautiful rustic elegance, with modern, industrial finishes and breathtaking natural light and scenery. The Main on Blue Ridge has 2 designated, free parking spaces behind the units. If you need more parking for visitors or additional guests, there is free street parking on Main Street. There is also a paid parking lot in front of our building, with a suggested donation of $5 that benefits the local animal rescue shelter. We believe you will find everything you need for a relaxing stay in Blue Ridge. We invite you to get cozy in your home away from home, surf high-speed internet, and enjoy countless activities like hiking, mountain biking/climbing, helicopter rides over the mountains, apple picking, waterfall tours, yoga, paddle boarding, hand gliding, and more, all within minutes. The property is professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay. The minimum age to rent this property is 25. All guests who book are required to sign a rental agreement PDF. $150 pet fee per stay, two dogs allowed maximum, and all dogs MUST be house trained. If you are bringing your dog, please let us know when booking. You must agree to keep your dogs off the furniture, keep them crated when left alone at the penthouse, and to pick up after them. No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigars, weed, vape, candles, etc) Please note Trailers, Boats, and RVs are not allowed. Entire unit excluding locked owner’s closet.
