Located in the heart of the village of Vallorcine, the residence is surrounded by spectacular mountain scenery. The nearby slopes cater to skiers of all levels, with the flat just a short walk from both the ski lifts and the slopes. Additionally, there are 10km of cross-country skiing trails suitable for beginners and experts alike. With Vallorcine railway station only a 2-minute walk away, all the amenities of the Chamonix region are easily accessible.

Inside, the elevated and welcoming living area opens out onto a balcony with a table and chairs, ideal for an al fresco aperitif. Back indoors there is ample sofa seating and stylish armchairs, with a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has a table for 8 people and is next to the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. An induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine are available for a carefree stay. The apartment is located on the third floor and offers convenient lift and wheelchair access.

The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux jazz festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away. During the summer season, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing and horse riding.
The village of Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10 minute drive). Geneva airport is a 1 hour, 30-minute drive away.
This residence offers a range of amenities such as free Wi-Fi, shared gardens, laundry service, smoke detector, hairdryer, electric radiators, pool table, ski storage, ski boot heater, private garage parking (car recommended), child-friendly facilities, outdoor play area, wheelchair access, and pets are not allowed. Free train passes to and from Chamonix are also provided. Various costs apply for specific services.
Please note that the SPA is open from December to April every day from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. (with the last treatment at 7 p.m.). The café will be open from December to April, every day except Wednesday from 7:45 a.m. to 1 p.m.
