Great apartment with a shared pool where 4 guests will find their second home, just a short walk away from the beach in Puerto de Alcudia.
A beautifully furnished balcony with views to the shared pool and garden is perfect to start the day with a succulent breakfast before going downstairs to bask in the sun on one of the two sun loungers that you will find on the private terrace of the ground floor or maybe enjoy a cool dip in the saltwater pool. It is 10 x 5 metres and the water depth ranges from 0.3 to 1.5 metres. There is an exterior shower where you can wash the sand and salt off after a long day at the beach which is only 1 km away from the apartment. And in order to end your day, nothing like a delicious barbecue!

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
