The exteriors of the property are ideal for enjoying the southern climate. In the communal areas, you will find a large garden with a shared swimming pool measuring 32 x 18 m and a depth range of between 1.10 and 2 m, as well as another pool for the little ones measuring 7.5 m in diameter and with a constant depth of 0.4 m. There is also a children’s play area and, for the more sporty ones, several courts where they can play tennis or five-a-side football. Once in the house, you will be able to enjoy a patio with a furnished porch and barbecue, perfect for eating or having a drink with your companions. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
