WALK to coffee, shopping, and great restaurants in either of Nashville’s most charming neighborhoods: 0.6 mi to lots of options along 21st Ave. S. and 1 mile to the murals & shopping of 12 South. 4 min walk to Kroger, close to the interstate, with great proximity to Vanderbilt, Belmont, and Green Hills just down the road.
There is free shared parking connected to the condo building, but if you don’t bring a car, the area is walkable and Ubers/Lyfts are readily available & affordable to get you where you need to go. You are 4 min walking distance to a Kroger for groceries as well as endless shopping & restaurant options along 21st Ave. / Hillsboro Village.
