This incredible two-storey house is developed around the two amazing terraces with great sights of the beach. The first terrace is at the entrance of the house and there you can enjoy a drink with your friends before going out or a wonderful dinner with your loved ones. On the second terrace, you will sunbathe in one of the sunbeds or rest under an umbrella.
On the ground - main floor you will find the luminous living room, equipped with air conditioning, where enjoying the satellite TV. The gas kitchen is fully equipped to cook your best dishes. There is also a bathroom with a shower on this floor. On the first floor, we find the two bedrooms with a closet. One has a double bed and the second has two single beds. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
