On warm summer days, take a refreshing dip in the private chlorine pool, measuring 9 x 4.5 meters and featuring a depth ranging from 1.1 to 2.1 meters, complete with an outdoor shower. Four sun loungers are provided for sunbathing by the pool, and the pool fence can be removed upon request for added convenience.
The villa’s grounds are fully fenced, ensuring privacy while still being surrounded by a few nearby neighbors. The owners occasionally reside in the annex of the house to oversee pool and garden maintenance, ensuring that your stay is nothing short of unforgettable!

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
