A two-storey apartment on the fifth floor of a classically Parisian apartment building, this three-bedroom home is a relaxing, townhouse-like retreat with the added perk of a view of the city’s skyline. Set in an enviable area in the 15th arrondissement, enjoy short, leafy strolls to Montparnasse, Esplanade Jacques Chaban Delmas and Invalides beyond.
LIVING & DINING AREA
A comforting, homely warmth is at the forefront of this home’s first impression, exemplified in the enchanting living space. Parquet wood flooring injects an air of sophistication, while the sofa and armchairs bring a sense of cosiness and solace. For added convenience, the sofa can be converted to a double bed. Nearby, a black timber dining table anchors a particularly gorgeous part of the room, with a rustic timber cabinet and end tables topped with plants and trinkets, as well as a contemporary mirror crowning a mantelpiece.
BALCONY
Behind the dining table three large French doors allow ample natural light to flood the room, and open to reveal the quaint fifth-floor balcony – complete with a table for two, a grove of potted plants and a lovely view across the Parisian rooftops towards Montparnasse Tower.
KITCHEN
Find the U-shaped kitchen opposite the dining table, where a symphony of black and white awaits. Subtle, elegant white cabinetry gleams in the light of the window above the black countertop, and the presence of all the necessary amenities ensures that any budding chefs will feel right at home in this kitchen.
BEDROOMS
Ascend the stairs to reach the principal bedroom, a bright oasis of comfort centred by a plush double bed. Convenient lamps sit above the headboard for nighttime reading, and the wardrobe in the corner is perfect for storage. The two remaining bedrooms are found downstairs – the first contains a single trundle bed that converts to a queen, and is brightened by a cheerful blue feature wall and colourful bunting. The final bedroom features a single bed, a playful pink colour palette and a desk.
BATHROOMS
The primary bathroom is comforting, colourful and has everything you need – featuring a bath, toilet and wash basin. The en-suite bathroom upstairs is full of personality, with its mosaic-like river stone tiling adding plenty of character. In here you’ll find a walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.
WE LOVE
The townhouse-like feeling of the home despite its setting on the fifth floor of its building – which allows for spectacular views towards both Montparnasse and Invalides.
Home truths:
No smoking, pets or parties. The apartment is located on the fifth floor and is accessible by a lift. The apartment is set across two storeys. The washing machine is located in a separate laundry room. Please note, while the bedrooms downstairs have blackout curtains, laser cut stars in the fabric will let some light through. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
Please note, Property Manager homes are lived-in homes, which we think adds to their charm! Guests should, however, expect to find homeowner belongings and personal items within the property.
