This modern and spacious apartment is located right next to Wenceslas Square (2 minutes walk) in the popular and highly central part of Prague, making it an ideal starting point for sightseeing. Thanks to its convenient location, you will have many local restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, pubs, and other tourist attractions nearby, which you can easily explore.
The apartment is ideal for 4 people. We offer free internet connection and access to Netflix for our guests.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- All our guests are required to fill out a simple online registration form before arrival and pay city tax, as mandated by Czech laws. You will receive a link to complete the necessary information.
- In case of lost keys to the apartment or smoking inside the apartment, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 100 euros for any resulting complications.
- This accommodation is equipped with a 'Minut Home Sensor' device which detects any noise and helps guests to keep the noise under control during their stay. For this purpose, I will share a limited amount of your data (name, phone number and booking data) with Minut. Minut Sensor respects privacy. It is a device that does not contain any cameras or record any sound or listen to what you say or do. After booking this offer, you have the right to object to the sharing of your data.

- House Rules:
- Respect the quiet hours 10pm till 8am according to the Czech Law.
- No smoking inside the apartment.
- No parties or events allowed, as the apartment is in a residential area.
- Please respect the neighbors.
- Household Book:
- According to Czech Law. it’s required to register every guest to Czech Foreign Police.
- If you did not fill it in online, please fill in the household book on table for every guest and send us a photo of the form.
- Garbage:
- The garbage bins are located in the main entrance behind the second locked doors, use one of your keys to open them.
- Check-Out:
- Check-out time is at 10:00 AM.
- The cleaning company arrives at 10:30 AM..
