Islamorada is a community of about 7 square miles that stretches over six islands of the Florida Keys. The city (officially named Village of Islands) stretches out over the islands. Islamorada is the home of the world’s largest fishing fleet per square mile. Diving, snorkeling, paddling, and pleasure boating make this a place where the action takes place on the water. There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life: - No parties. - No gatherings. - No loud noises or shouting. - No loud music. - No smoking indoors.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
