As you enter through the private terrace, there is a cozy living space decorated with contemporary and minimalist design elements. The open space living area features a comfortable sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Ascending the open staircase, there is a mezzanine floor (with a height of 1.9m) with a comfortable double bedroom and an open closet. The stylish and thoughtfully designed interiors of Marea create an inviting atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind. Having a car is recommended for reaching the property, and parking facilities are available. Marea provides a tranquil retreat where guests can immerse themselves in the beauty of the Amalfi Coast while enjoying the comfort of this boutique apartment. Please be aware that the road leading to the property is steep. Arrival and Departure: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and an additional fee. Tourist tax: €3 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and is payable in cash upon arrival. Usage policy and allowed services The property is designed exclusively for residential stays and a relaxed holiday experience. Any kind of events, private parties, or gatherings are not permitted. Should you intend to use the property for any kind of commercial activity, such as photo shootings or filming, please inform Property Manager at the time of booking, as this is only possible with prior written approval. External suppliers, including private chefs and catering services, are not permitted. All services must be arranged exclusively through Property Manager.
