Located on the 5th floor of a building served by a lift, the apartment enjoys open, elevated views that make the most of its position. La Musica is set on a single level and offers a bright and spacious living environment, ideal for families and groups. The main living area features an elegant lounge with an antique fireplace, comfortable seating including a sofa bed, and direct access to a panoramic balcony, perfect for relaxing while enjoying open views over the sea and the town. The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with twin beds, offering flexibility and comfort for different group configurations. All rooms are thoughtfully furnished, combining classic style with a welcoming and homely feel. To the left of the entrance, the fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area and access to a second balcony, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow for everyday living. Two bathrooms serve the apartment, both conveniently positioned to ensure comfort and practicality for all guests. TERMS & CONDITIONS Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Property Manager of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Property Manager’s written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Property Manager’s properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Property Manager properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service. Any wood ovens available on Property Manager’s properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Property Manager. Please contact Property Manager to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm.  In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee.  Check-out time is 10 am.  Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee. TOURIST TAX Some of the Municipalities where Property Manager villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
