The living area is decorated with contemporary design furniture, with two comfortable sofas and a fully-equipped open space kitchen. The interiors open out onto a spacious patio featuring lounging furniture, a dining table, and relaxation areas surrounded by the Mediterranean gardens. DETAILED VILLA DESCRIPTION Indoors: Casa Pallina is spread over one level. The main entrance leads into the contemporary designed living space with two sofas, a fully-equipped open space kitchen, and a dining area overlooking the gardens and the hillside views. White, blue, green, and red tones provide a Mediterranean color scheme for the furnishings and fittings throughout the property. The staircase from the living space leads to four double bedrooms, one with a single bed, featuring contemporary design elements. There are four bathrooms, all equipped with a complete range of toiletries for ultimate comfort, and a laundry room. The interiors open out onto a patio with stunning views of the gardens. Outdoors: Casa Pallina has a main gate entrance leading to the outdoor areas and private parking. The patio surrounding the property, furnished for lounging and dining, leads to the Mediterranean gardens and other al fresco areas equipped with a barbecue where guests can unwind and relax while admiring the views of the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea. TERMS & CONDITIONS Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Property Manager of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Property Manager’s written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Property Manager’s properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Property Manager properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service. Any wood ovens available on Property Manager’s properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Property Manager. Please contact Property Manager to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm.  In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee.  Check-out time is 10 am.  Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee. TOURIST TAX Some of the Municipalities where Property Manager villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
