Welcome to Paris! We are delighted to welcome you to our pleasant 70m2 apartment near the Panthéon and close to all amenities.
Our flat is located in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, a lively district rich in history, culture and heritage, with a distinct atmosphere that makes it one of the most sought-after areas of the city.
You’ll be within easy reach of iconic landmarks such as the Pantheon, Jardin du Luxembourg and Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral.
The flat’s location means that you can explore Paris on foot or by using the public transport system, which is right outside the flat. You can easily reach the 4 corners of the capital and discover the different emblematic sites of the city.
Our 70m2 flat is on the 4th floor with a lift. It can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of :

The Neighborhood
The 6th arrondissement is home to Saint-Germain-des-Prés and the Luxembourg Gardens. While the legendary jazz clubs of the 1950s are now rare, and there are more tourists on the terrace of the Café de Flore than intellectuals, it has retained a pleasant atmosphere, blending bourgeois-bohemian and Parisian luxury. It is one of the most iconic – and most expensive – neighborhoods in Paris. The neighborhood is full of numerous restaurants, renowned shops, and many local businesses (bakeries, fishmongers, restaurants, butchers, dry cleaners, pharmacies). Some recommended restaurants near the apartment : - La Closerie des Lilas: Refined wines and oysters in a renowned brasserie with a piano, once Ernest Hemingway's favorite haunt. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
