Your Parisian home away from home is in Trocadero / Passy Village. The neighborhood is synonymous with luxury and the elegance of Paris. In the Passy Village Quartier (one of the original chic Parisian villages) you will discover a special world of ancient market stands still operating, next to French clothing brand boutiques, and the famous LVMH Grande Epicerie, as well as traditional restaurants such as La Rotonde de la Muette, and many other Parisian cafes and artisanal spots. In the heart of the 16eme, the BCBG quartier Paris (“bon chic, bon person” quartier), away from tourist crowds; yet ideally just a quick 5-minute walk to famous Trocedero Plaza (the Eiffel tower photo spot), 10-minute walk through the Trocadero Gardens to the Seine leading to the Champ de Mars, 15-minute walk to a wonderful open green market in Paris, as well as the Modern Museum and the Asian Art Museum with their wonderful roof top terraces. For public transportation it’s a 3–8-minute walk to Metro Line 9 and Line 6 and RER C, 4 different bus lines, enabling quick access to the Champs-Elysées, Montmartre, Sacré-Cœur Basilica, the Louvre Museum, the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame de Paris, Olympic Games sites and both Paris International Airports.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
