Welcome to the fabulous ESH Villa, also known as the party farm, featuring five beautiful bedrooms in Manesar, Delhi NCR. This lovely place comprises two large log cabins set in a vast vegetable garden, making it an ideal retreat of comfort and tranquillity. There is an organic farm that blends with the villa and beautiful bird cages that offer a breath of fresh air and dive into nature.

The Sultanpur National Park and The Garden of Five Senses are 20 km and 36 km away, respectively. The prominent restaurants and eating places close to this apartment are Panchgaon Proudly Desi Restaurant, The Hunger’s Cafe, RC Cafe, and Tandoor Junction, all within a reasonable distance.
ESH Villa can accommodate groups of up to fifteen people, although the planned capacity is ten. There are two cottages: one contains two rooms, with the master room featuring a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, fan, and wardrobe. The living rooms have seating arrangements, a television set for the living hall, and oversized doors or windows with a view of the pool and garden.
The dining areas are located in both cottages, providing spaces for meals and meetings. The garden is large enough to have a swing, a sitting area in a gazebo, and equipment for playing cricket, badminton and even football. The villa boasts two private pools: the main pool, which is 6ft deep, and a smaller pool, which is 2.5ft deep.
The villa is easily accessible, with Indira Gandhi International Airport located 33 km away. The nearest railway station, Taj Pure Railway Station, is 25 km from the villa, and the Bhiwadi Bus Stand is 13 km away, ensuring convenient travel options for guests.
To ensure a comfortable stay, guests are requested to adhere to house rules. Maintain a reasonable noise level, especially between 10 pm and 7 am, and refrain from hosting loud parties or events. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas, and chewing tobacco is strictly prohibited.
Daily cleaning is compulsory, and guests are responsible for any damages or breakages during their stay. For safety and security, it is important to lock all doors and windows when leaving the villa unattended.
