Welcome to “Coastal Cottage” - our 7th home in the Overmoon collection, and
our first in this awesome little surfing enclave! With 1635 square feet and an
intimate back patio, this is our coziest home so far. Its 4 bedroom, 2.5
bathroom layout is perfect for up to 10 people.
Our 5 favorite things about this home:
1\. Location, location, location. The vibes of this surf-centric neighborhood
are hard to beat, with people carrying their various boards through a little
beaten path that leads to the beach just half a block away.
2\. The open kitchen, dining, and living room. Inside, the main room combines
an open kitchen, dining room, and living room all under vaulted ceilings, with
light pouring in from the front, back and side windows.
3\. The sweet kids’ suite. We’ve turned the front en suite bedroom into a
double bunk room that sleeps four. But the best part of this space isn’t the
beds, it’s the dual arcade games, that’ll entertain the kids for hours while
the adults enjoy some grown-up time out on the back deck.
4\. The private backyard. At the back of the dining room, french doors open
wide onto a cute deck, outfitted with an outdoor dining table, an outdoor
living room, and a hot tub to soak in when the stars come out.
5\. The primary bedroom. The main sleep quarters is a spacious sanctuary
tucked away at the back corner of the house. It’s en suite bathroom includes a
dual sink vanity with plenty of counter space.

require. All we ask is that you shut the door securely on your way out – you
have enough to take care of while traveling home. Leave the linens, dishes,
and garbage to us.

plenty of dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Our bathrooms have tons of
super-soft towels and our favorite soaps and shampoos. And our laundry rooms
come with detergent and other cleaning supplies should you need them. Of
course, we’ll have toilet paper, paper towels and coffee there before you

About the area
St. Augustine, Florida is a remarkable city that presents a distinctive mix of history, culture, and natural beauty. As the oldest continuously occupied European-established settlement in the continental United States, it's rich in history that can be discovered through its well-preserved colonial district and numerous museums. The Castillo de San Marcos, a 17th-century Spanish stone fortress with views of the St. Augustine Inlet, stands as one of the city's most iconic landmarks.
The city's historic district is a joy to explore with its narrow lanes, overhanging balconies, and old brick buildings. Here you'll discover attractions like the Lightner Museum housed in an 1887 Spanish Renaissance Revival style building and Flagler College, celebrated for its stunning architecture.
For those intrigued by religious history, the Mission Nombre de Dios traces back to the founding of St. Augustine and features a beautiful chapel shrine and a towering cross marking its significance.
St. Augustine also showcases beautiful natural attractions. Anastasia State Park offers pristine beaches and abundant wildlife while St. Augustine Alligator Farm provides an intimate encounter with American alligators specifically along with other reptiles.
The city's culinary scene is equally impressive with an array of seafood restaurants offering fresh catches from Florida waters as well as international cuisine reflecting the city's diverse cultural influences.
For shopping enthusiasts, St. George Street offers unique boutiques selling everything from handmade jewelry to local art while outlet malls provide great deals on brand-name merchandise.
In addition to its colonial charm, St. Augustine also boasts beautiful Victorian architecture among other later eras represented throughout the city.
In essence, St. Augustine delivers an enriching travel experience that combines historical exploration with beach relaxation along with cultural immersion through food and shopping experiences making it worthwhile for any traveler.
