Welcome to wine country with a view! Located on West Bay, our property is 5 minutes to Suttons Bay and less than 15 minutes to Traverse City. Located minutes from multiple wineries, breweries, and eateries. Also easy access to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland, Glen Arbor, and everything Lake Michigan has to offer! This three bedroom, two bath home sleeps 8. It sits on m22, overlooking West Bay and Power Island. Everything has been renovated in 2022 and all items inside are brand new. We only use as a Airbnb and over the years, with experience from our other properties, we think we have stocked it with everything you need for an amazing stay.
Make any meal you wish in our fully stocked new kitchen with granite counter tops and all new full size appliances.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • Please remove shoes. We have a lot of cool rugs we want to keep clean for future guests!
  • Please use black wash clothes for make up removal.
  • Please take trash bin to curb on Mondays and return it to the garage after pick up.
  • Quiet hours: 9p-8a. This is a residential house and we like to make sure our neighbors are happy.
