"Isola Palma" is situated on 1.5 landscaped oceanfront acres with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms "Isola Palma" at 114 Ocean Boulevard is a wonderful home that sleeps 24. Four full-width porches provide breathtaking views of the Island, with the Intracoastal Waterway on one side and the Atlantic on the other. The beachside views reach past historic Fort Sumter and include the Morris Island lighthouse. The house does not have a private beach access path, due to erosion, but there is a beach access path two houses down.
The exterior of "Isola Palma" at 114 Ocean Boulevard is a resort unto itself. Dual full-width porches grace both the front and back. The beachside includes a large screened porch on the first level and an oversized sunbathing deck on top (connected by a spiral staircase). Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
