Dual full-width porches grace both the front and back. The beachside includes a large screened porch on the first level and an oversized sunbathing deck on top (connected by a spiral staircase). The first level hosts the elegant infinity edge private pool and bar-b-q/wet bar platform overlooking the beach. When in need of dry land exercise and some friendly competition, take advantage of the full-sized basketball court on the street side of the house. This area also includes ample off-street parking inside the privacy gate. When ready to call it a day, freshen up in the shower/locker room under the screened porch.
