Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- * Fobs: $30.00 for every 3 guests
- * Parking Rates:
- - After 15 minutes: $5.00
- - All day (In & Out): $10.00
- - Daily Rate: $5.00

- Packages:
- Packages can be delivered to the Building, but please note that there is a cost of $5.00 per package.
- Property may include a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Please be aware that any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonable loud volume is unlawful within the city; as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance.
- * Pool/Beach: Guest coming from the pool or beach MUST utilize the service elevator.
- * Trash/Waste: Second floor garage for all large box container - Do NOT leave trash bags in the hallways.}
- * Luggage Carts: Must be utilized for the service elevator Only.
