With a spacious layout, it is all on one level and consists of two living areas, one with a sofa bed, a separate kitchen with a pantry, three large double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, and a third bathroom. The property is complemented by a large furnished veranda with a table and chairs for enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation, a space in front of the house where children can play in peace in the shade of the pine trees, and parking spaces.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • -Security deposit: 300,00€;
  • -Consumptions (water, electricity and gas): included in the rental price;
  • -Small pets are ADMITTED UPON ACCEPTANCE, always on request: € 50.00 per week;
  • -Smoking only in outdoor areas;
  • -Late check-in, on request (for arrivals after 21:00): 50,00€;
  • -Late check-out (after 10:00): one more night’s stay;
  • -Baby bed: on request 50,00 €;
  • -Extra bed: (where it is possible) on request 50,00 €;
  • -WiFi: where there is not internet line, we can provide for some hotspot on request for 30,00€/a week.
  • -Tourist tax to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality;
  • -Kitchenette and crockery to leave tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied;
  • -It will be the responsibility of the customer to provide for the separate collection of waste and their disposal according to the collection table; the accommodation upon its return must be free from all waste, in default 50% of the security deposit will be retained.
