Casa Lu features 4 levels of contemporary design and is a 3-bedroom home with 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. There are 2 king beds and 1 double bed, and each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with ample closet space, all bathroom essentials and indulgent soaps. All 3 beds have luxury hotel linens for a comfortable night’s rest, and all bedrooms have A/C & heating for climate control and TVs for enjoyment. As you walk in the front door, you are greeted by the formal living room; walk around the corner to step into the formal dining room for 8 guests, alongside the kitchen. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all kitchen essentials, modern appliances, and all necessary items for in-home cooking and dining. You can take the stairs down to the lower level, which hosts 2 bedrooms and an additional living room for lounging and relaxing. These rooms include a king bed and a double bed, each with their own bathroom. The downstairs living room features a TV and bar area with a wine refrigerator. The 3rd floor features the additional bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and balcony. This floor also includes the game room with poker table, an outdoor patio, and a desk with ample space for working. Head up to the rooftop, where you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the city and the mountainside. You can see the Parroquia from the rooftop, along with other iconic landmarks around the city; plus, you’ll enjoy daily sunsets. The rooftop includes a gas grill and outdoor seating for rooftop dining. Whether you are lounging with your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail, you’ll be able to experience the beautiful San Miguel weather. The house has filtered water, through a water filtration system. This home is located in a beautiful gated community, which also includes access to a shared pool, outdoor loungers, a hot tub jacuzzi, and a clubhouse that can be used by guests. Guests will have access to the entire house. Private accommodations for you and your group. The entry/access instructions will be emailed to you 1-day prior to arrival. Cleaning/housekeeping services can be accommodated upon request. This home requires a 3-night minimum for reservations. The swimming pool and hot tub are shared within the community. We have a local team of professionals who provide personalized concierge service to all of our guests. We can help coordinate airport transportation, grocery delivery, cleaning service, private chef or cooking classes, or arrange local experiences such as wine tastings, horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, cultural tours, and more.
