It’s a humble request to follow the house rules to have an amicable stay. Check in: 3:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am (Late checkout/ early check in, is subject to availability). Number of occupants are to be strictly followed. The entire villa cleaning is done every day, and linen changed every alternate day. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa however provisions have been made in the outdoor space, you can use these spaces according to your convenience. Parking outside the premises is strictly prohibited by the local governing authorities. Breakfast can be provided on an extra charge (Grocery as per Menu) from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. While cook for breakfast is included, we can arrange a chef for extra charge who can help with delicious food for the other meals of the day. Your caretaker will be with you from (8 am-7 pm) however, anytime beyond 7 pm will be charged @1000/- per 2 hours. Security deposit of INR 20000/-will be collected at the time of check in and refunded 48 hours after check out. Any breakage or lost item from the premises shall need compensation from the guest which shall be deducted from security deposit which will be collected on arrival.
