Beautifully renovated Beach Cottage at 1 Osprey!
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on the corner of North Forest Beach Drive and Osprey Street, this house is the perfect getaway for a family or small group. The house is a 2-minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Enter the house from the spacious front steps and deck, perfect for catching the evening breezes.
As you walk into the home the open floor plan features the living room which offers a sleeper sofa. As you continue past the living room is the Kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and an island that is surrounded by three bar stools that also open up to the dinning room table.
The two guest bedrooms are to the right of the living room with a shared bath at the end of the hall. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom is to the left of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Featuring a king bed and doors to the front patio, this room is quite spacious. The en-suite master bathroom comes with a full size shower.
Do not forget about the outdoor pool area at this home, it offers a perfect balance of comfort, aesthetics, and functionality, creating a tranquil and enjoyable environment for relaxation and entertainment.
