As you step inside the front door of this vacation home, you’re greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. To the left, you’ll find the dining room, a beautifully set space with a large dining table, perfect for family gatherings and meals. Straight ahead from the entrance, you’ll enter the first living room. This space is designed for relaxation, featuring comfortable furnishings and a cozy ambiance. Large sliding glass doors connect this room to the Carolina room, which is an indoor-outdoor transition space. The Carolina room is a delightful extension of the home, with an outdoor dining room table and a generously sized L-shaped couch, creating a perfect place to enjoy meals and leisure time while feeling connected to the surrounding natural beauty.
Beyond the first living room, you’ll step into the spacious kitchen and secondary living area. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, well-equipped with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. Like the first living room, this area also has sliding glass doors leading to the Carolina room, allowing for a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Just outside the Carolina room, there’s a small deck, complete with a propane gas grill for cooking up delicious outdoor meals. This setup is perfect for barbecues and al fresco dining, making it a fantastic spot to enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery.
The home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first floor, you’ll find the primary bedroom, which boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, providing a luxurious retreat for the homeowners. There are two guest rooms on this floor as well. The first guest room features two twin beds, while the second guest bedroom offers a king-size bed. These two guest rooms share a bathroom equipped with twin beds.
As you make your way to the second floor, you’ll find a loft area with a twin bed, offering a cozy nook for reading or relaxation. The last bedroom on this floor is equipped with a queen bed and a twin bed, providing plenty of sleeping space. This bedroom is conveniently located near an upstairs bathroom with a walk-in shower, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
Overall, this vacation home offers a comfortable and well-appointed space for relaxation and enjoyment, both inside and outside, with ample room for a family or group of friends to make lasting memories. Also a short bike ride from the beach and all Sea Pines has to offer including Harbor Town, The Beach Club, Sea Pines Center, Lawton Stables and South Beach Marina.
Just down the street from the house is the community amenities. There is a pool, tennis courts, play ground and even basketball. ( Pool open seasonally).

**Sea Pines Rules and Regulations**
-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers, pop-up campers, motorcycles (including three wheelers), large-lifted pickup trucks, extended vans, vans with company signage (visitors in company cars will not be allowed in), work vans, golf carts, and RVs. Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans.
-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited
-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers
-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit.
-All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times
-Do not disturb the wildlife. Wild Animals live in Sea Pines, such as alligators and coyotes. Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife.
-Beach parking is prohibited on all roads in Sea Pines. A complimentary beach shuttle service, direct from a designated parking lot to The Sea Pines Beach Club is available for Sea Pines weekly rental guests. *Must have Short Term Weekly vehicle pass issued by Sea Pines CSA.

Apart from being a vacation spot, Hilton Head Island also has a resident population with local businesses, schools, churches among other establishments. For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
