Welcome to our charming and bright apartment, situated in a beautifully renovated building that dates back more than 200 years. This historic building has been carefully restored to retain its original character and charm, while also offering all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay in Copenhagen. As you step inside the apartment, you’ll be greeted by an abundance of natural light that floods through the windows, illuminating the space and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The two bedrooms have double beds and can accommodate four guests. Additional sleeping spaces can be found on the sofa/sofa bed. Please note that one bedroom is a loft and has a low ceiling. The apartment has been recently renovated, with modern amenities that include a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and a comfortable seating area for relaxation. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the city. There is no elevator at this property The apartment is located in the heart of Copenhagen City and therefore some noise is to be expected. CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in termination of reservation. Running any kind of business out of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Nor is it allowed to provide personal services or produce any type of commercial video-/photographic material. You are only allowed to bring 1 pet and the pet must be under 10 kg. Your pet is not allowed in the beds or couches. If we receive any complaints from other guests or staff members regarding pet waste left unattended, we may have to impose a fine to cover the cost of clean-up and maintenance.
