The apartment has a cozy and unique living room with slanted walls. The light blue walls give a soothing and calming feel while the white ceilings add an airy touch. As you enter the room, you will be greeted by a soft and plush rug that will make you want to take off your shoes and sink in. The focal point of the room is the elegant velvet sofa that can be easily unfolded into a bed, providing comfortable sleeping accommodations for two guests.
The marble sofa table adds a touch of sophistication and is perfect for displaying your favorite decor pieces. The TV mounted on the wall is perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The round mirror adds depth to the room and is perfect for a quick check before heading out and the large art piece on the wall adds a pop of color and is sure to be a conversation starter.
For additional seating and sleeping, a grey daybed is also available. It provides the perfect spot to curl up with a book or simply relax and unwind.

The apartment has three beautiful and cozy bedrooms - all with a serene and calming atmosphere. They all have double beds with crisp white linens.
Marble nightstands adds a touch of sophistication and large artwork on the walls adds character to the rooms.Brown throws at the end of the beds add a cozy touch, while the lamps on the walls provide a soft and warm glow, creating the perfect ambiance for reading or relaxing.
In the corner of two of the bedrooms, there are additional single beds, perfect for accommodating extra guests. A baby cot and highchair are also available, making this the perfect space for families with young children.
The bathroom is functional and is equipped with a washer and dryer.
Do note the bathroom is dated and although clean, bears sign of age.

The whole apartment is at your disposal and you will not be sharing your space with anyone (apart from your travel companions)
The apartment is located very centrally and most distances are walkable. Copenhagen Central Station is also very close - here you’ll find a plethora of trains, busses and the new metro line.
The apartment is located in the heart of Copenhagen and it’s important to note that some noise can be expected due to the central location.

CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in termination of reservation.
Running any kind of business out of the apartment is strictly prohibited. Nor is it allowed to provide personal services or produce any type of commercial video-/photographic material.
You can bring one pet under 10 kg. If your pet is bigger than 10kg, you must contact us beforehand. Your pet is not allowed in the beds or couches. If we receive any complaints from other guests or staff members regarding pet waste left unattended, we may have to impose a fine to cover the cost of clean-up and maintenance. Please be advised that we do not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items. We kindly recommend securing your personal belongings and valuables during your stay.
