Sleeping Arrangements The apartment accommodates up to 9 guests across five bedrooms with comfortable beds, plush pillows, and crisp linens. An additional sleeping space is available on the convertible sofa bed in the living room, making it ideal for families or groups. Large windows fill the apartment with natural light, creating a bright, airy, and relaxing environment for rest and recharging after exploring Copenhagen. Amenities & Comfort The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials, appliances, and cookware for preparing meals with ease. The dining area doubles as a workspace, as perfect for brainstorming over laptops as it is for convivial family meals. The bathroom includes a shower, washer, and dryer, ideal for longer stays. Additional conveniences include free WiFi, fresh towels, and linens. Bright, airy spaces with minimalist design and thoughtful layouts ensure a comfortable, stylish, and stress-free stay for all guests. Parking & Charging Parking and charging stations in Copenhagen are always paid. Payment is available via on-street machines or parking apps such as EasyPark or ParkPark, with on-street parking rates starting at €6 per hour during peak times. Nearby carparks include Illum (Q-Park: approx. €7.6/hr) and Vognmagergade (Apcoa Parking: approx. €4/hr). The nearest electric vehicle charging station is also located at Vognmagergade (approx. 7.9/hr). You have the place to yourself. • From the airport: About 20 minutes total via the direct M2 Metro to Nørreport Station (15 min), and then an easy 5-minute walk. • Metro: The M1 and M2 (airport) metro lines run from Nørreport Station, which is just a 5-minute stroll away. For the M3 and M4 lines, the closest stop is Gammel Strand, just 6 minutes away. All metros intersect at Kongens Nytorv, which is an 8-minute walk away. • Train: Nørreport Station is also one of Denmarks busiest train stations and trains depart frequently connecting with the rest of Denmark and other countries. • Bikes: Donkey Republic and Lime bikes are easy to find and use with their apps. • Shared rides: Bolt and Uber operate in the city. • Taxi: Always around, easy to hail, but not cheap. ⚠️ Please note: There is currently construction in the building, including pipe repairs and related work. It is not noisy, but you may need to use an alternative entrance between 10 AM and 4 PM (signs are posted). Please note that the hallways may be somewhat messy during this time. ⚠️ *You’re in the heart of Copenhagen, and located on a shopping street, so some noise is to be expected. **Please note, the 10th person sleeps on the sofa. It’s not a sofa-bed, but very comfortable. ***Please note that Bedroom 4 does not have a window. • Self check-in: You’ll receive all relevant information 2 days before your stay. • Luggage storage: We’re not able to store luggage in the apartment - we recommend using Luggage Hero. • No elevator: There is no elevator in this property. • CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in the termination of your reservation. • No parties & smoking: Parties and smoking are not allowed. • Quiet hours: Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Lost items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the apartment. • Pets: Pets under 10kg are allowed. If more, contact us before booking. ⚠️ Please note that if you book for only one day, we require the ID of the person making the booking. • No business use: Using the apartment for business activities, personal services, filming, photography, or any commercial purpose is not permitted. • Rule violations: Violating house rules will result in an additional fee of EUR 1,000 per violation.
