Nestled in the peaceful “villa quarter” of Amager East, this one-bedroom apartment offers a light-filled, comfortable stay for up to three guests. Quiet streets, open green spaces, and a children’s bike library make it ideal for families or couples. Amager Strandpark’s sandy beach is a 25-minute walk, while Copenhagen city centre and the airport are easily reached by metro, bus, or car. Free parking and EV charging included. Sleeping Arrangements The bedroom features a king-size bed and a baby cot, comfortably sleeping two adults and an infant. An additional guest can rest on the sofa/daybed in the living area. Fresh linens, pillows, and blankets are provided for a restful stay. Skylight windows fill the apartment with natural light, creating a bright, airy atmosphere perfect for relaxing after exploring Copenhagen or taking a leisurely walk to nearby Amager Strandpark. Amenities & Comfort A modern bathroom includes a shower, washer, and dryer for added convenience. Guests also enjoy free parking with EV charging and high-speed WiFi. Thoughtful touches include fresh towels and basic shower and cooking essentials. The open layout and well-lit spaces make it easy to unwind, while the quiet residential streets, green spaces, and proximity to buses, metro, and bike stations provide both calm and effortless access to the city and airport. Parking & Charging Parking at the property is free and EV charging (11kW/16A) is available via the “Ladeklubben” app (which must be downloaded). Parking and charging stations in Copenhagen city are always paid. Payment is available via on-street machines or parking apps such as EasyPark or ParkPark, with on-street parking rates starting at approximately €6 per hour during peak times. You have the place to yourself. • Take the M2 Metro directly to Femøren Station just 2 stops (about 2 minutes) and either walk for 15 minutes or take the 31-bus from the station which will drop you right outside the door of the property in under 3 minutes. • Metro: The nearest metro stop is Femøren Station. • Bus: The 31-bus right on your doorstep will take you directly into the heart of Copenhagen in 20 minutes. • Train: Copenhagen Central Station has trains departing frequently connecting with the rest of Denmark and other countries. It can be reached on the 31-bus in 20 minutes. • Bikes: Donkey Republic has stations in the area, and it and Lime bikes are easy to find in town and use with their apps. There is a “kids bike library” across the road. • Shared rides: Bolt and Uber operate in the city. • Taxi: Easy to hail downtown or via apps, but not cheap. *EV charger (11kW/16A) is available at the parking space. You will need to download the app ’Ladeklubben’ to use it.

Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in the termination of your reservation. • No parties & smoking: Parties and smoking are not allowed. • Quiet hours: Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Lost items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the apartment. • Pets are welcome - just not on the furniture. ⚠️ Please note that if you book for only one day, we require the ID of the person making the booking. • No business use: Using the apartment for business activities, personal services, filming, photography, or any commercial purpose is not permitted. • Rule violations: Violating house rules will result in an additional fee of EUR 1,000 per violation.
