It’s convenient location provides easy access to Copenhagen Airport, Amager beach park, and central Copenhagen, making it a perfect retreat for families, city breaks, or business travellers. Sleeping Arrangements The apartment offers two generously proportioned bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, providing a restful haven for four guests. Additional sleeping arrangements in the form of a daybed (80×200 cm) and a fold-out single bed (80×200 cm) allow up to six guests to stay comfortably. A baby cot is also available for families travelling with infants. With natural light pouring through large windows onto warm wooden floors, guests will enjoy a bright, airy atmosphere that invites relaxation after a day exploring Copenhagen or walking along Amager Beach. Amenities & Comfort The modern bathroom includes a shower, washer, and dryer for added convenience. Guests enjoy free parking, optional EV charging, and high-speed WiFi, along with fresh towels and essential shower and cooking supplies. The private terrace offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation, while the open, light-filled living and dining areas, paired with a fully equipped kitchen, create a welcoming and practical space for families, friends, or business travellers. Parking & Charging Parking at the property is free and EV charging (11kW/16A) is available via the “Ladeklubben” app (which must be downloaded). Parking and charging stations in Copenhagen city are always paid. Payment is available via on-street machines or parking apps such as EasyPark or ParkPark, with on-street parking rates starting at approximately €6 per hour during peak times. You have the place to yourself. • Take the M2 Metro directly to Femøren Station just 2 stops (about 2 minutes) and either walk for 15 minutes or take the 31-bus from the station which will drop you right outside the door of the property in under 3 minutes. • Metro: The nearest metro stop is Femøren Station. • Bus: The 31-bus right on your doorstep will take you directly into the heart of Copenhagen in 20 minutes. • Train: Copenhagen Central Station has trains departing frequently connecting with the rest of Denmark and other countries. It can be reached on the 31-bus in 20 minutes. • Bikes: Donkey Republic has stations in the area, and it and Lime bikes are easy to find in town and use with their apps. There is a “kids bike library” across the road. • Shared rides: Bolt and Uber operate in the city. • Taxi: Easy to hail downtown or via apps, but not cheap. *EV charger (11kW/16A) is available at the parking space. You will need to download the app ’Ladeklubben’ to use it.

Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in the termination of your reservation. • No parties & smoking: Parties and smoking are not allowed. • Quiet hours: Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Lost items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the apartment. • Pets are welcome - just not on the furniture. ⚠️ Please note that if you book for only one day, we require the ID of the person making the booking. • No business use: Using the apartment for business activities, personal services, filming, photography, or any commercial purpose is not permitted. • Rule violations: Violating house rules will result in an additional fee of EUR 1,000 per violation.
