DELIGHTFUL HOLIDAY HOME with breathtaking sea views in Lido di Pittulongu, which is very close by. Just built with high-quality materials and spacious dimensions, it consists, on the ground floor, of a large living area with 2 double sofa beds, the first double bedroom, and the first bathroom; going down the stairs, there are two more double bedrooms and the second bathroom. The property is completed by a furnished veranda with a table, chairs, and a lounge area with a marvelous sea view, a beautiful well-kept garden with a barbecue, and private parking. TV, washing machine, and air conditioning are available. It is definitely the ideal vacation home for a group of friends or even for families with children, as they can quickly go to and from the beach on foot, while enjoying the right amount of privacy provided by the presence of two bathrooms. The Shark Beach is 100 meters away, while the Pelican Beach is 300 meters away, and all the main services are in the immediate vicinity. For larger groups, another identical house is available in the same complex, which can also accommodate 10 people.
