GROUND FLOOR The ground floor consists of a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay - there’s an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and lots of space for preparation! There is also plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware plus complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper and cooking oil - so please help yourself! To the rear is a small courtyard area where you can enjoy breakfast or a morning coffee. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find the sociable living and dining area with plenty of comfy seating for all guests. It’s the perfect place to relax and put your feet up when you want to unwind. It has various seating options and a Smart TV. FIRST FLOOR Upstairs you’ll find 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms both with king sized beds and ample storage for all your clothes and belongings and the master bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The 3rd bedroom comprises of a bunkbed with 2 full sized singles with plenty of headroom and a fold out third single. Finally, the 4th bedroom has one single bed. We also provide plenty of fresh white linen and towels for every guest to use during their stay. Located just off the hall is the family bathroom which is fully tiled and features a contemporary white suite with shower over bath - what better way to immediately feel relaxed and at home. A travel cot and / or high chair can be hired for the duration of your stay - please request in advance. We are on hand 7 days a week to assist so if you have any questions, please ask! Guests have access to the entire property during their stay. TRAIN Brighton train station is less than half a mile/five minutes walk away with frequent trains to London Victoria and Kings Cross and beyond. BUSES & TAXIS There are plenty of buses, taxis and Uber, but most of the city’s hidden gems can be reached and explored on foot. PARKING Parking can be notoriously difficult around Brighton, especially in such a central location. Brighton Station has some of the best-priced parking in the central area. The nearest car park is just a 3 minute walk away, it’s Trafalgar Street Car Park, Blackman Street, Brighton BN1 4DZ. WALKING - the best way to experience Brighton from this apartment is on foot. Stroll through the North Laine, along the beach, to the Museum, stop for coffee, have a drink, head up to Churchill Square. Everything is easily accessible on foot. CYCLING Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. The nearest location is about a minutes walk away on Upper Gloucester Road/Surrey Street. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs at Saltdean. - One small well behaved dog is welcome - please request in advance. - You may be subject to some city noise due to the central location. - Please note this property is mainly suitable for families and not single sex groups. - Strictly NO parties or late night noise: please check the HOUSE RULES. - This property can host a max number of 7 guests but please note that we can be flexible with extra children at the property (max 10 guests in total).
