Situated on the first floor of a magnificent, historical, Grade 1 listed Regency building in one of Hove’s most esteemed addresses, this opulent two-bedroom apartment seamlessly marries a rich tapestry of period features, antiques and chosen vintage pieces with exquisite contemporary design. It provides the perfect sanctuary for relaxation and unwinding.
Upon entering, one is immediately greeted by the grandeur of the living space where floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the space in a gentle, dappled light. This luminosity accentuates the lofty ceilings and showcases the exquisite period details that adorn the room.

The fully equipped, radiant kitchen offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including an oven and hob, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, preparation space and a generous selection of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and cookware. Complimentary tea, coffee, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are also thoughtfully provided for your convenience.
LIVING ROOM
In the evenings, unwind with a glass of wine in the cosy living area, adorned with tranquil tropical accents and an original fireplace. An inviting L-shaped sofa beckons, or you can cocoon yourself in a blanket and savour the sea views from the private balcony. Alternatively, take a leisurely stroll along the picturesque seafront or explore the charming Brunswick area of Hove, renowned for its Regency architecture and gardens. The neighbourhood boasts a wealth of local independent cafes, bars, and restaurants, all just steps away.
DINING ROOM
The dining room boasts a unique maximalist interior design and comfortably accommodates six guests, making it an ideal setting for shared meals or a productive workspace.
BEDROOM 1
The master bedroom, with its private ensuite bathroom, exudes charm and character. Tastefully finished in soothing lilac tones with a touch of glamorous eccentricity, another expansive window graces this rooml. Ample fresh bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
BEDROOM 2
This bedroom radiates exotic and bold vibes, adorned with striking animal prints, vibrant colours and charming accents. A versatile desk can serve as a workspace or a creative haven.
BATHROOM
Just off the hallway, you’ll find the fully tiled family bathroom, featuring a contemporary white suite with a walk-in shower. Guest toiletries are thoughtfully supplied.
SAUNA ROOM
Indulge in a soothing sauna session during your stay. Adjacent to the family bathroom, you’ll discover a separate space housing a sauna, designed for two people to luxuriate in.

WALKING
Brighton is a small city with all of the main attractions close together, so it’s really easy to explore on foot! The apartment is in a great location that is easy walking distance from the seafront, many of the best shops and restaurants in Brighton and Hove, as well as the i360, the Brighton Centre, the Pier and the Pavilion.
TRAIN
Brighton station is approximately 1 mile from the apartment, where there are regular trains to London Victoria & Kings Cross, Gatwick Airport, and many other cities.
BUSES
There are frequent buses along Western Road (a couple of minutes walk) that travel to all parts of the city, and beyond.
TAXIS
There are plenty of taxis and we also have Uber in Brighton.
PARKING
Parking can be difficult in central Brighton so we recommend travelling by train if possible. There are car parks nearby however please check prices first as they can be expensive.
CYCLING
Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton and Hove, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. The nearest collection point is just a short walk to Brunswick Place. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs of Rottingdean.
In order to keep the plants happy and alive, a professional florist will attend the property around 11am each Wednesday for approximately 15 minutes.

About the area
Across the road is the beach and everything the lovely Brighton coast line has to offer! On the doorstep are independents shops, cafes & some of the best restaurants. Stroll along the seafront, jump on a bus or hire a bike to explore the rest of the city or sit & relax with a coffee in the gardens or on the beach and observe life.
Perfectly located so you can explore everything Brighton and Hove has to offer, including Hove Lawns, the i360 Tower, Brighton Palace Pier and great independent shops and national stores.
In close proximity to a handful of restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes on both Western Road and the seafront promenade, you might want to check out Market Restaurant for imaginative counter top Anglo-Spanish inspired dining or take a walk along the beach front to visit Murmur, a casual dining experience hosted by Great British Menu winner Michael Bremner. The Ginger Pig, Ginger Dog and Ginger Man are a small group of fantastic restaurants across the city that are worth checking out.
A big Waitrose supermarket is a 10 minutes' walk on the corner of Western Road and Montpelier Road, where you will also find one of the best independent supermarkets in Brighton called Taj - which is well worth a visit. A number of other shops and cafes and a pharmacy are all within walking distance.
If shopping is your thing then a 20 minute walk takes you to Churchill Square mall with all the high streets brands where you will be spoilt for choice. Just past here is the vibrant North Laine where you'll find narrow streets full of quirky independent shops. This is a great spot for people watching.
The flat is located about a 20 minute walk from both Brighton and Hove train stations, or grab a taxi which will take a few minutes!
Built in 1823, Brunswick Square is an iconic Grade One Listed Regency Square that overlooks the sea and is the jewel of Brighton and Hove. You have direct access to Brunswick Square gardens just a few steps from the apartment.
