The kitchen may be small but has everything you require to whip up a delicious dinner! This stunning house has been lovingly refurbished with a newly fitted kitchen, luxury bathroom and new decoration throughout. Furnished throughout in a contemporary style to a high standard, you will have everything you require for a super comfortable and absolutely brilliant stay in Brighton! Enter onto the ground floor where you’ll find the social space, with open plan living/dining/kitchen, fully equipped and newly fitted kitchen and access to balcony where some beautiful plants are kept. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need including cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. Please help yourselves to tea and coffee. The living room has a double sofa bed for an additional two guests and a wood burner just for decoration purposes. There is a TV and you’re welcome to make use of the excellent Wifi too. Heading up to the first floor you will find the brand new bathroom complete with a ’rain head’ shower going into the bath and plenty of toiletries provided. On the same floor there are two double bedrooms and you’ll also get views from the upstairs bedrooms to the British Airways i360 viewing tower down on the beach! You’ll have the whole place to yourselves during your stay. WALKING Everything you need is within walking distance...... the beach, the Pier, the i360, great fish and chips. It’s all on the doorstep. BUS If you prefer, buses pass close by providing access to all parts of the city. TAXI Taxis and easily available across the city and Uber operates in Brighton. TRAIN Brighton mainline train station is a 20 minute walk. PARKING Parking in Brighton is very difficult but there is a car park close by - Regency Car Park, we advise you to check prices first as it can be expensive. Alternatively Regency Secure Parking is nearby. CYCLING Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. The nearest collection point to Regency Square is just a short walk to the OTA Metropole on the seafront. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs of Rottingdean.
