The house is off the historic and beautiful Regency Square with central gardens and underground car park. It's close to the sea and the iconic British Airways i360 viewing platform. Many pubs, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance plus you can easily access super markets and a pharmacy. Central Brighton - for shopping and entertainment is a few minutes walk. Brighton Pier and the West Pier are easily accessible as are the Lanes and the North Laine for shopping and great independent shops and cafes. Everything you will want or need during your stay is within walking distance and you are surrounded by some beautiful architecture as well as the sea front for wonderful beach strolls. The Regency Restaurant, for the very best fish and chips in Brighton, is just on the corner!

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Please be considerate to neighbours at all times.
- Please be considerate to As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times.
- Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge.
- If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25.
- Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour.
- There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
- If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges.
