Ideal as a retreat for couples or small families for exploring Brighton.

LAZE IN THE KING SIZE BED OR ON THE CHAISE LOUNGE...
The bedroom is amazingly decorated with stylish touches including a dresser and a lovely chaise lounge for you to relax on. There is also a super comfortable king size bed, made up with fresh white, hotel-style linen, and a stunning sea view.
WALK-IN SHOWER...
The bathroom is a great size and has been recently refurbished and modernised. There is also a stunning walk-in shower. We provide plenty of fresh, fluffy towels for everyone and there are essentials such as soap and shampoo for you to help yourself to.
LOUNGE ON THE VELVET SOFA...
Immediately to the left as you enter the apartment is the large living room and the adjoining kitchen. The living room itself is light and bright with some amazing art work and also it benefits from an oblique view of Hove beach and the sea. There is a TV and excellent wifi which you are welcome to use, and a sofa.
COOK UP BRUNCH...
The new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to make a tasty brunch or dinner and sit at the dining table sharing a pot of coffee or a bottle of wine.
There is plenty of tea & coffee, salt & pepper and cooking oil are also provided for all guests so please help yourselves.
You will have the whole apartment to yourselves during your stay.
WALKING
From the apartment you can walk to everything you’ll want to see during your stay - the beach, the i360, restaurants, pubs, cafes, shopping at Churchill Square, independent shops in the North Laine etc.
PARKING
Parking can be difficult and expensive in Brighton - we recommend the Norton Road car park which is close by and costs up to £6 per day.
BUSES
There are numerous buses if you prefer, and they are regular and easy to use.
CYCLING
On the seafront you can hire a social bike and enjoy the cycle path that runs from near Hove all the way to Saltdean.
TAXIS & UBER
Taxis are easily available throughout the city and Uber also operates in Brighton.
- A travel cot & highchair is available on advance request for £20 each per stay.
- Guests are not allowed to leave luggage, buggies or any personal items in the communal hallways or spaces. Please ensure all of your belongings are kept securely inside the flat at all times.

About the area
The apartment is in a vibrant but not too busy part of town, just across the road from the beach and Hove Lawns.
It is within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in town including Cin Cin for Italian tapas, Market for contemporary tapas and Six for bottomless brunch or cocktails.
There are numerous pubs and cafes close by such as The Wick Inn which also does lovely Thai food.
You will also find a Sainsbury's, Tesco, Co-Op & Waitrose nearby. Everything you'll need is within an easy walking distance.
