A stunning three bedroom home with sunny terrace located in a superb spot on a quiet street in the heart of Brighton’s North Laine, close to the beach, cafes & restaurants. Each of the three bedrooms are light & airy with plenty of storage. The family bathroom has a roll top bath. The kitchen/diner has doors leading directly to the private sunny garden; a cosy space come sunset with outdoor seating, a fountain, and night lights.

This beautiful house has been newly decorated and furnished to accommodate up to 6 guests. There is an abundance of natural light, hardwood floors, beautiful decor and furnishing throughout. A three storey home with three comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom with roll top bath and walk-in shower, a separate cloakroom, a living room, a large kitchen/dining area and a truly magnificent garden.
KITCHEN & DINING
The incredible kitchen/dining area is located on the lower ground floor; the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay, including cookware, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Additionally, we offer complimentary tea, coffee, and cooking essentials, so please help yourself. In addition, there is a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffeemaker. The dining table comfortably seats six people, allowing you to gather with friends or family for brunch or a home-cooked meal.
PRIVATE TERRACE WITH AL FRESCO DINING
The kitchen opens directly onto the private garden, which features outdoor furniture, a small fountain, and night lights; it’s a beautiful place to enjoy a cup of coffee or dine al fresco.
The ground floor features a living room with comfortable sofa, arm chair and footstool plus a Smart TV. With plenty of natural light and books to read, this is a great place to relax. There is excellent WiFi throughout the home so you can watch your favourite movie.
BEDROOMS
- Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds if desired (please request this in advance) and large doors that open onto the Juliette balcony.
- Bedroom 2, on the first floor has a king-size bed and built-in wardrobe offering ample space for your personal belongings.
- Bedroom 3 has a king-size bed that can be separated into two singles if you prefer (please request this in advance of your stay).
All of the beds are made with fresh, white linen, and we provide large bath and small hand towels and guest toiletries.
The spacious modern bathroom features a freestanding roll-top tub and a walk-in shower. Additionally, there is a separate cloak room.
Guests also have an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.
As the sleeping arrangements are flexible and can accommodate 4 x singles, the home is particularly ideal for families, friends, and professionals

Guests have access to the whole house during their stay. Please note that the garden can be used only from 8am till 9pm.
TRAIN - Brighton train station is less than half a mile/five minutes walk away with frequent trains to London Victoria and Kings Cross and beyond.
BUSES - The bus service across the entire city is excellent. There are numerous and regular buses so this is a great way to see the city.
TAXIS - There are plenty taxis and Uber operates here but most of the city’s hidden gems can be reached and explored on foot.
PARKING - Brighton Station has some of the best-priced parking in the central area. The nearest car park is just a 3 minute walk away, it’s Trafalgar Street Car Park, Blackman Street, Brighton BN1 4DZ.
WALKING - The best way to experience Brighton from this house is on foot. Stroll through the North Laine, down the beach, to the Museum, stop for coffee, have a drink, head up to Churchill Square for shopping. Everything is easily accessible on foot.
CYCLING - Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton, with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. The nearest location is about a minutes walk away on Upper Gloucester Road/Surrey Street. There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs at Saltdean.

This property is in the heart of Brighton's cultural area, the North Laine.
Within a short stroll, you will find the very best independent shops, cafes and restaurants as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal.
Brighton Pier and the seafront are a ten minute walk away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown or Hove. It really is an incredibly perfect location.
