Our gîte "Le Clos Violet" was created in 2023 in a magnificent, typical traditional Burgundian stone building (120m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 6 people and is composed * On the first floor: - A fully equipped kitchen area, a dining room and laundry room (washer-dryer, iron) - A large living room equipped with a television and Wi-Fi (free) with large sofa and armchair. - A master bedroom with 1 bed (140x200) - A bathroom with multi-jet shower and WC. * On the second floor: -Two bedrooms: one with a large bed (180x200) with the possibility of separating them, and the other bedroom with two single beds (90x200), and a folding baby bed -A reading corner to rest in peace -A bathroom and separate WC. All bedrooms have cupboards or storage furniture. You will find at the foot of the property a beautiful shaded courtyard where you can pleasantly have breakfast, meals or have a barbecue. You will also enjoy a huge private garden offering a relaxation area with a magnificent view of the vineyards. You can park easily in the house’s large private car park.
