Master Bedroom The elegantly furnished bedroom features a Queen-sized bed enriched with a comfy memory foam mattress and high quality cotton linens for a relaxing sleep. The Bedroom also has a nice balcony where you’ll enjoy relaxing on the sunbed with a marvelous view of the sea. An en-suite bathroom is spacious and features both a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, double basin, and a toilet. The bathroom is loaded with luxury bath amenities and high-quality towels for your stay. Other things to note Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival. Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests’ checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition.
