Close to Yandina Station wedding venue. Ninderry Manor Estate sleeps up to 27 adults and 3 infants (port- a- cots and extra fold outs by request), in two dwellings- Ninderry Manor house and Ninderry Chalet. The Manor house. Please note that Ninderry Manor Estate is accessed by stairs, and does have 2 steps inside the home. Ninderry Chalet has steep stairs and we recommend not suitable for young adventurous children due to heights and corners, children must be supervised in this area at all times. Unfortunately we are NOT pet friendly and do not accept dogs at this property. Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am and by booking, you agree to abide by these guidelines. We are a Sustainable Home, running on Tank and Septic system and ask that you please be water wise during your stay. Strictly NO Loud events or extra guests. No Glitter or decor changes (ie hanging decorations on the walls or moving furniture around) All damage or extra cleaning will be charged. Please be respectful of the property. Security Deposit of AUD1000 to be collected upon arrival.
