Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Masseria Tagliente are not a hotels but private homes. The equipment, furniture, and characteristics reflect the local style, the taste of the owner and the Italian and local traditions. Usually, the coffee machine is the Italian espresso maker (Moka) and not the electrical coffee maker/machine. Therefore, Raro Realty srl will not consider these elements as a cause for complaint.
- - Connessione Wi-Fi (la connessione Wi-Fi non è di alta qualità, ma è sufficiente per controllare la posta elettronica e rimanere in contatto con il resto del mondo, mentre ti godi la pace e la tranquillità della tua villa).
- Short tourist lease according to D.L. 50/2017 - Rental agreement for tourist stays to be signed at a distance or at check-in.
- - Entry must be made after completion of the
- sanitization by the staff involved in this activity and therefore not before 17:00. The staff will inform the owner or his representative of the estimated time of access and he will inform the guests.
- Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will be as follows:
- - *once a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for guests' arrival
- During the high season the weekly cleaning will be done mainly on Saturday.
- Allianz Travel Easy and Raro Care Service
- By paying the 6% Agency Fee, all travelers benefit from the Allianz TRAVEL EASY policy to cover cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance and lost/damaged baggage and the RARO CARE Service to cover any accidental damage to the property .
